Snowman decorations.

Level: Easy.

Boys Rating: 10/10.

Cost: Little.

Time: 10-15 minutes.

Mess factor: little.

For This Project you will need:

  • A few handfuls of Cotton wool
  • Glue
  • Eyes (if you don’t have any googly eyes – you could just draw some on paper and cut out your own version)
  • A lid of an old jar or food container for the base
  • Two miniature jam jars (though you could use any old jar big or small) for snowman body
  • A pipe cleaner or ribbon for scarf
  • Some scrap felt or material for buttons/hat
  • Pom-pom for hat (though my son decided an old wine bottle top, made a good top hat)
  • Some Children.

  1. Fill the empty jar/s with cotton wool and seal with lid. If you have chosen two glue together.
  2. Tie a ribbon or pipe cleaner around jar to make a scarf.
  3. Create some buttons and eyes out of your chosen material, stick onto the snowman.
  4.  Create a hat, we cut out a round circle of felt and glued on a pom-pom. Glue to snowman.
  5.  Glue finished snowman to base, then stick on cotton wool to create snow around base.IMG_20171125_155121    IMG_20171125_160952
